Because FireFoil is in such high demand—especially during active wildfire events—we are unable to guarantee availability for every homeowner who needs protection. When a customer orders and later decides to return their shields, it means we may have missed the chance to provide coverage to someone else whose home was at risk.
To ensure fairness and availability during critical times, we do accept returns within 14 days of delivery, but with a 30% restocking fee and excluding shipping costs. All returns must be unused and in original packaging.
