1. Agreement

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of firefoil.com (the "Site"), operated by Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™ ("FireFoil™," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Disclaimer / Waiver. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. What FireFoil™ is, and what this Site is

FireFoil™ is an aluminized wildfire structure shield: a protective material designed to help reduce the risk of wildfire damage by reflecting radiant heat and helping block embers and burning debris. It is a protective aid, not a guarantee. No product can make a structure fireproof, and outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including fire behavior, weather, and the completeness and correctness of installation.

This Site is an informational and manufacturer brand site. We do not sell products on this Site. FireFoil™ is provided through authorized distributors, and any purchase is a transaction with that distributor under its own terms, pricing, and policies.

3. Authorized distributors and external links

The Site routes you to authorized distributors based on who you are: FireShields (fireshields.com) for homeowners and commercial property owners; Wildfire Arsenal (wildfirearsenal.com) for insurers, carriers, and MGAs; and Firezat (firezat.com) for government and agency buyers. FireShields, Wildfire Arsenal, and Firezat are authorized FireFoil™ distribution channels operated by Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™ or its affiliates. Purchases are made on those sites and are governed by the terms of sale, waiver and release, and privacy policy presented there at the time of purchase. Review those documents when you buy.

4. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. You must be able to form a binding agreement to use it.

5. Intellectual property

The FireFoil™ name, the Site, and its content are owned by us or our licensors. "FireFoil™" is a mark of Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™. You may not copy, reproduce, or use these marks or content without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

7. Informational content; no professional advice

Content on the Site, including research summaries and general guidance, is provided for information only. It is not engineering, safety, insurance, or legal advice, and it is not a warranty of performance. Always follow the instructions from fire officials and emergency authorities, and never delay evacuation.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any structure will survive a wildfire.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Firezat, Inc. dba FireFoil™ and its distributors, affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FireFoil™ and its affiliates harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and the parties submit to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
